What this site is
exley.com.sg is the shopfront of Exley Enterprise (UEN 52799332L), a Singapore trading house. It presents products and reference work; it does not process payment or place binding orders. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance — it's a starting point for an enquiry.
Products and specifications
Product names, images and specification summaries on this site are indicative. Where a specification, minimum order quantity, lead time or price is marked “On request” or “Specifications on request,” it means exactly that — it is not yet confirmed, and we will not invent a figure to fill the gap. Confirmed figures are supplied in writing once you enquire, and it is those written figures — not anything on this site — that apply to an actual order.
Enquiries
Submitting the enquiry form or messaging us on WhatsApp does not create a contract. It starts a conversation. An order is agreed only once both sides confirm specification, quantity, price and lead time in writing.
Accuracy
We work to keep this site accurate and take down anything we find to be wrong. Photography for some products and spaces is a placeholder pending real photography — those images are marked as such internally and are being replaced ahead of the site's public launch.
Intellectual property
The text, layout and design of this site belong to Exley Enterprise. Product photography and specifications belong to their respective manufacturers where Exley is not the copyright holder. Don't reproduce this site's content elsewhere without asking first.
Liability
This site is provided as-is. We're not liable for decisions made based on indicative information here rather than the written confirmation supplied per enquiry — that's exactly why we confirm everything in writing before an order proceeds.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Singapore, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the site and how it operates change. The date at the top reflects the last revision.
