Who this covers
This policy covers exley.com.sg, operated by Exley Enterprise (UEN 52799332L), Orion @ Paya Lebar, 160 Paya Lebar Road, #02-09, Singapore 409022. It does not cover the separate content-editing tool Exley staff use to update this site, which sits on its own subdomain and is not accessible to visitors.
What we collect
The only personal data this site collects is what you type into the enquiry form: your name, company (optional), email address, and the details of your enquiry — space, area, target date, message, and any products on your enquiry list. Nothing is collected if you only browse the site.
What we don't do
No analytics or advertising scripts run on this site, and no cookies are set at all. The enquiry list is the one thing the site stores on your device: the products you add, and any note you type against one, are kept in your browser's local storage so the list survives closing the tab. It never leaves your device until you press send, we cannot read it, and clearing the list — or your browser data — erases it. The typefaces are bundled with the site at build time rather than fetched from Google's servers when you visit, so no request for them leaves your browser. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time, page requested) for security and reliability — the same as any web host — and we don't access these for marketing purposes.
Where an enquiry goes
Submitting the enquiry form sends your details to Resend, an email delivery service, which relays them to our sales inbox. If you instead use the WhatsApp button, your message is sent directly to WhatsApp (Meta) under WhatsApp's own privacy terms, not ours — we only see the conversation once it reaches our WhatsApp Business number.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are retained in our inbox for as long as is useful to the commercial relationship, and deleted on request. We do not sell, rent or otherwise trade your details to third parties.
Your rights
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@exley.com.sg and we'll act on it.
Changes
If what this site collects or who it's shared with changes, this page is updated and the date at the top moves.
