Interior Door

Interior door leaves in seven constructions, shown below. The PVC-wrapped leaf has a fir or LVL frame under a 5-6mm MDF skin, filled with MDF strips, solid wood strips, particle board (which the supplier lists for sound insulation), or honeycomb paper, and edged with dovetail-groove or hard PVC banding. The moulded leaf is filled with honeycomb paper or solid wood. The supplier lists the WPC leaf as waterproof, moisture-proof and termite-resistant, at formaldehyde class E1. Each series is a design card; the design, size and hinge and lock preparation are confirmed per order. The catalogue gives no sizes.

Bamboo Fibre Wall Panel

Hollow-core wall panel of bamboo and wood fibre, which the supplier lists among its WPC products. 300, 400 and 600mm wide, 9mm thick and 2900mm long, joined edge to edge with a seamless lock. A marble-print panel is also listed at 600 x 2440mm. Fixed with stainless clips (five to a 3m panel) onto a flat wall or a timber frame, or nailed to the frame. Matching trims are listed separately.

Bamboo Fibre Wall Trims

Top lines, wall skirts, baseboards, frame lines and corner pieces made for the bamboo fibre wall panel, in the supplier's WPC range. Supplied in 2900mm lengths. Each clips onto a slotted strip nailed to the wall (one metre of strip for three metres of trim). Flat lines are also listed at 30mm and 60mm wide.

One model carries a pull-out spray and a digital temperature display.
